Rooms were very nice.

Some staff members were ineffecient.

Hotel was pleasant. I didn't use the pool or restaurant. It's a bit far from downtown Portland and the airport - but if you're planning on visiting Portland's east side/Gresham, it's a nice location.

Pricing issues.

This hotel was a busy, slightly front desk understaffed. there was a bit of confusion as to the price per room and amenties included. the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Wonderfully quiet, felt safe as a woman traveling alone, friendly atmosphere.

I wished there had been some outdoor sitting on the beautiful summer nights I was there.

Very nice hotel, was upgraded to a King suite with fridge, etc.

The swimming pool was the best thing about this hotel.

The restaurant was horrible. Both the service and the food were sub par.

From the time we tried to check into this hotel we had problems. When we finally checked in we went to the restaurant to eat, as the kids eat free. The waiter seated us, didn't give us any children's menus, and was not very friendly. There were only two tables in the restaurant including ourselves and it took 40 minutes for us to get our food. When the food finally arrived it was inedible at best. The hamburgers my niece and I ordered were charred on the outside and completely raw on the inside. The waiter did not charge us for them but we chose not to eat them either for fear of getting ill. The next day housekeeping did not get to our room until 3:30 pm, and by that time we had already been gone all day and were ready to stay in and relax.
